Orders ship Same/Next Business Day Monday - Friday. With how our Team operates to ensure speed and accuracy, we are unable to combine, cancel or modify orders once they've been submitted.

We are located at:

563 Titus Ave, Suite E, Rochester NY 14617.

Our warehouse is not open to the public for in person shopping, however local pickup is a website checkout option. Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday from 9am-3pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Please note, our staff is unable to make order exchanges, add items to an order or retrieve items for viewing during a pick up.

We Accept Returns

Within 3 Days of receipt, in original packaging less a 15% Restocking Fee. Exclusions apply including holiday items, subscriptions and mixes. To start a return, please e-mail abcbeadsupply@gmail.com with your Order Number. Our complete Refund Policy can be found in the Footer Below.
