Our July Kit of the Month Shipments shipped to subscribers last week. The theme for July was Shape & Texture! Before we dive into the holiday crafting, we wanted to take this in between period to freshen up the website and designs with a variety of beads containing shape & texture. They add so much to a project!
- Stars & Smiles Lanyard: We wanted to do something for teachers heading back to school without the project being school specific since it doesn't apply to everyone. So, we came up with this adorable lanyard perfect for anyone who wears a lanyard. If you can't use a lanyard, it can easily be shortened for a phone tether/wristlet or even just leave off the lanyard clip and make it a necklace! We left some flexibility for you, but no matter what you assemble you get a bright, adorable piece featuring Matte Star Beads for the perfect pop of shape & texture. Unfortunately, we keyed on the wrong quantity when ordering these and only had enough to complete kits. We will be getting more in for the website and general sales mid August, so bookmark this project if you didn't get a kit!
- Heart Check & Neon Keychain: These Iridescent Check Hearts are a new addition for the "shape" theme and we just love how the check pattern is so versatile and can go with really any color combination. We opted for a Neon palate here! The fuzzy spacer bead takes care of the "texture" component. These offer the BEST texture to a project!
- Star Check Pen: The new Argyle Star Acrylic Beads offer BOTH Shape & Texture on one bead! But we didn't stop with the texture there... this pen also features one of our newest Velvet Cube Beads. The Black Ombre Pen was a last minute change from the Black Solid Pen we had planned for this project and it MADE the design! Because this was a design change up, we unfortunately don't have more for the website but they will be restocked in the next week or two.

Dainty Embossed Bag/Purse Dangle: These Carabiner Bag Dangles are all the range and we would be remiss if we didn't include a project for them in the Kit of the Month package! We have loaded several new supplies that lend themselves perfectly to these Dangles and have featured several on this project...
- Petite Silicone Bows: These fit on the carabiners fabulously and are just the perfect size. Now available in EIGHT colors!!! We featured Cool Mint on this project, be sure to check them all out!
- Flower Engraved Linen Accent Bead: We loaded 3 new smaller neutral silicone focal beads that lend themselves well to Purse Dangles. We selected this one for this project, you'll also find Neutral Flowers and Leaf Embossed Linen Hearts now available!
- Linen Pearl Bauble Charm: Our full Pearl Bauble Charm has silver hardware on it, so when these gold carabiners entered the picture we knew we needed a gold option for them, and the linen color styles great with these.
- Pumpkin 12mm Beads: We have added these Pumpkin Silicone 12mm Beads in 9 colors to bring some texture & shape to the smaller silicone offering. They work great on these dangles and all projects requiring silicone!
