Shipping Time: We do not print beads in house. We've worked with a trusted manufacturer for years now and outsource the printing. Production and shipping transit generally takes 4 weeks and we submit orders with this manufacturer twice a month. Depending on when your order is placed in connection with when our next order is going in, your order will take approximately 4-6 weeks to arrive to you.
**If you add other items onto your order at the same time as purchasing this item to receive free shipping and/or bulk discounts, your entire order will be placed on hold and ship together when your custom print beads arrive. If you want your other items to arrive sooner, please order them separately.
Printing Color: Please note that the color of the finished graphic often prints slightly different than the original. We have never had a color match identically besides black due to the nature of printing on silicone. Please refer to the graphic in this listing for an example. ABC Bead Supply is not responsible for color variances and refunds and exchanges are not permitted for any reason, including this.
Graphic Submission: After placing your order, please reply to your e-mail confirmation with your graphics in PNG or JPG format. 1000-3000 pixel size is best. If you cannot locate your order confirmation, you can e-mail hello@abcbeadsupply.com - We will not print copyright material.

We use a high quality camera and photo settings to ensure color accuracy. However, please note that color varies from device to device, which is out of our control. You might see a slight variation between what is displayed on your screen and the actual product.
ABC Bead Supply holds no liability for how the beads are used after purchase. Please keep in mind that these are small parts and that small parts are a choking hazard for children.
