Orders ship Same/Next Business Day Monday - Friday. With how our Team operates to ensure speed and accuracy, we are unable to combine, cancel or modify orders once they've been submitted.

We are located at:

563 Titus Ave, Suite E, Rochester NY 14617.

Our warehouse is not open to the public for in person shopping, however local pickup is a website checkout option. Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday from 9am-3pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. For the Month of January, we will also be closed for pick ups on Wednesdays.

Please note, our staff is unable to make order exchanges, add items to an order or retrieve items for viewing during a pick up.

We Accept Returns
